The delivery times listed above are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or delays by local carriers.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel at any time.

Prestige is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, shipping carriers, or other third parties.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or other customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Prestige has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or predict their amount in advance. Any delays or additional costs resulting from customs clearance are beyond Prestige's responsibility.
