What is the return policy?

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via info@prestigeshop.be to register your return.

Return Costs

The cost of returning an item is always the responsibility of the customer. Make sure the package is sufficiently stamped and sent with a track & trace code. Prestige is not responsible for return shipments that are lost during transit.

Once your return has been shipped, please send an email to info@prestigeshop.be including:

Your order number
The track & trace code of your return shipment
The reason for the return

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days via the original payment method.

When will I receive my order?

We ship worldwide from Belgium. Below you will find an overview of the estimated delivery times per region.

Belgium & Netherlands: 1–3 business days

Europe: 3–7 business days

Outside Europe: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing or local delivery conditions. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to follow your package.

Prestige is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping partners.

Please note: Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These costs are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Prestige has no influence over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
