Return
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@prestigeshop.be to request a return.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that your return is shipped with sufficient postage and includes a track & trace number. Prestige is not responsible for returns that are lost during transit.
Once you have shipped your return, please send an email to info@prestigeshop.be including:
- Your order number
- The track & trace number of your return shipment
- The reason for the return
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days using the original payment method.
