How do I earn points?
You earn 10 points for every euro you pay for products. Shipping costs and gift cards do not earn points.
When do I receive my points?
Your points are added to your balance once the 14-day return period has passed. You receive the 200 welcome points as soon as you join.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in and check your balance on this page. Enter the code that matches your points (MEMBER5, MEMBER10, MEMBER15 or MEMBER30) at checkout. Make sure you are logged in or use the same email address as your account. The points are deducted automatically.
Can I combine codes?
You can use one Member Club code per order. Member Club codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.
What happens if I return something?
If you return items within the 14-day return period, you do not earn points for those items. Because your points are only added after the return period, points you already have are never taken away.
Do my points expire?
No, your points stay on your balance as long as your account exists. Prestige may change the Member Club conditions; any changes will be announced on this page.
